Format
Each lesson is highly student led. Topics will be introduced by two live teachers and then facilitated discussion will allow students to share their own thoughts and feelings. In each lesson, community building actions and parent conversation prompts will be provided and reviewed at each subsequent lesson.
Objectives
Lesson 1:
Students will be able to determine what matters to them in interpersonal relationships.

Lesson 2:
Students will understand the Growth Mindset.
Students will understand the importance of accountability.
Students will be able to use their failures as fuel.
Lesson 3:
Students will be able to ask for help with their emotional health.
Students will be able to identify emotional extremes in themselves and others.
Students will understand the connection between mental, emotional and physical health.
Lesson 4:
Students will be able to set boundaries with themselves and others.
Students will see value in connecting with people from different backgrounds.
Students will be able to organize and lead themselves in an emotionally healthy way.
Lesson 5:
I will be able to engage with my immediate community.
I will be able to engage with communities beyond this room.
Students will identify their comfort zones and know how to leave them safely.
