Coloured pens, paper markers.

Objectives

We will read both of these poems out loud. It would be great if before the lesson the students could be prepared to read a line each.Taking in turns for such a topic can be very powerful

Within the UK GCSE Standards, we look for motifs, structure, place, setting, and Language Techniques. Sensory.Fiction techniques and Nonfiction techniques. Genre, voice, narrator, and narration techniques.The differing narrative voices such as the "You" narrative and the omniscient voice.

State Standards

AO levels including the top grade AO 5.6 which states it must be COMPELLING.
