by  Byrnes Health Education

Program image

True Colors: You Make a Difference is a fun program that not only educates participants on the four basic personality types as "the colors" (gold, green, blue, and orange) but also emphasizes the importance of learning about oneself through them, accepting differences among others within them, and learning to work together with others with them. Participants will learn the importance of respectful communication even with difficult emotions like anger, and will be able to explain skills, like empathy, to controlling difficult emotions and properly resolving conflict.
