Students are given facts about maintaining their health, which encourages them to make healthy choices daily resulting in lifelong habits. A brief introduction to the effects of alcohol, tobacco and the misuse of prescription medications is discussed to help children understand why choosing to be free of a drug habit is truly important. Age appropriate life skills including choosing role models, sleeping, eating healthy foods, exercising, holding a positive attitude, and learning how to refuse a drug are also be explored.   A role-playing segment on how to refuse a drug is included.

Schedule 5 of the same program on the same day and one will be free! For the UK, the fee is 98 British Pounds. Please include a purchase order number when you submit a reservation. Bridging fees will be paid by the customer. An invoice will be sent after successful delivery of each program. A 1.5% late charge will be added 30 days after the invoice date. Objectives

1. Understand that drugs, alcohol, and tobacco effect mental, emotional, and physical health.
2. Identify the difference between healthy and unhealthy actions and situations
3. List characteristics of a healthy role model.
4. Identify responsible adults who they can talk to about drug or alcohol issues.
5. Set their own goals in remaining drug, alcohol, and tobacco free
6. Be able to spread awareness of the dangers of drug, alcohol, and tobacco use.
7. Identify situations that may be dangerous to their health in relation to drug and alcohol.
