Program Details

Format

1. Introduction to Failed Inventions and Inventors and begin to discuss the process/scientific method an inventor goes through to create an invention.
2. Meet first inventor, Rose Totino, and how she used the scientific method to create her invention.
3. Meet second inventor, James Ryan, and how he used the scientific method to create his invention.
4. Meet third inventor, Frederick McKinley Jones, and how he used the scientific method to create his invention.
5. Discuss how the failed inventors did not use the scientific method properly.

For students to become familiar with the steps of the scientific method.
