Objective of Collaboration
In this collaboration students will learn how maple syrup is produced. Classes can learn about maple trees, tapping, evaporating, filtering, grading and bottling. The class will take place in the syrup evaporator room so students will be able to see the actual process in action. A video of the outside portion will be available to watch in advance of the collaboration. There are 5 sessions available. First come first serve. Skype will be the preferred format. Dates: March 2 - 1:15pm EST March 9 - 1:15pm EST March 10 - 11:00am EST March 12 - 11:00am EST March 13 - 1:15pm EST
