Each class will build a turkey using all or some of the following materials:empty gallon jug, craft feathers, construction paper, googly eyes, felt, bulletin board paper, popsicle sticks, markers, beans, popcorn, yarn, play dough, pine cones, pine needles, leaves. Then a VIVID, accurate description will be written and sent via email to the partner class. Each class will make another turkey following the directions they receive. During the video conference the finished products will be revealed. Discussion will include the challenges, the accuracy of the description and how to improve it, measurement terms, and more.
