Objective of Collaboration
In this collaboration students will learn how maple syrup is produced. Classes can learn about maple trees, tapping, evaporating, filtering, grading and bottling. The class will take place in the syrup evaporator room so students will be able to see the actual process in action. There are 4 sessions available (in the event of a snow day it will tbe moved to the following day - both days are lised below) ALL are 11am - 11:45am EST. First come first serve. Skype will be the preferred format. Dates: March 5/6 March 13/14 March 19/20 March 25/26
