Youth and Community Based Projects

• make strong correlations between classroom learning and the real world.
• increase students’ awareness of issues within their community.
• enable student engagement with local, regional, and federal officials and subject matter experts.
• enhance the development of critical thinking, research, and presentation skills required to be active members of the community.
• create an authentic "student voice" in the community.

Professional Development Solutions

• showcase best evidence-based curriculum models and instructional strategies that lead to school improvement.
• are necessary for school improvement, for example; study groups, action research, collaboration, coaching, and facilitation.
• for training to support the implementation of videoconferencing and other collaborative technologies and their integration into the curriculum and instruction.

Networking Opportunities which encourage and enable educators to:
