CILC Virtual Meeting Room

The Elluminate Live! Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) is a place to meet online with live, two-way audio, text chat, application sharing, and a fully functioning whiteboard.

The VMR is open 24/7 on a first serve, first come basis. It is a great place to virtually meet colleagues in a collaborative,convenient setting.

CILC Premium Service enables you to access the VMR and invite up to 24 others to join you.

Follow these three steps to ensure a great session

1. Check the Technical Requirements for your computer

  • Be sure you are an administrator on your computer and can install software. If you are unsure, please contact your system sadministrator.
  • Java versions 1.5 or 1.6 Follow steps 1 & 2 to download and complete setup
  • 20 MB free disk space
  • Soundcard with speakers and microphone or headset
  • 28.8 Kbps Internet connection

2. Check the Minimal System Requirements for your Operating System
The Virtual Meeting Room is accessible on PC, Macintosh, Solaris, and Linux platforms.

The Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration, Inc.
