About
We are developing a robotics and applied coding program starting in the lower junior school and leading through to Year 9. The emphasis is on the practical applications of coding and robotics where students use coding to create. This can be applied to design, 3D printing and robotic control at the moment.
We are interested in involving other schools to share ideas and projects. We would like the students to work collaboratively, communicating through video conferencing where applicable. We can host these sessions and you can join in via dedicated conferencing equipment, Webex or some of the cloud hosted services such as Zoom (although we would need to test these).
This program is in the preliminary stages at the moment so we are keen to work with others to refine and develop this idea.
It would be great to get students working together to solve problems and share ideas. Please contact me if you are interested or would like some more information. We have a team of very keen teachers and students.
